At Vijaya Diagnostics, Hyderabad, India, a young male presented with hypertension, flatulent dyspepsia, lymphedema, hypo albuminemia and hypo gammaglobunemia. 

MRA was performed on Multiva 1.5T to rule critical renal artery stenosis and to visualize any adrenal mass lesions.
