MR neurography in 31yo with back pain on Multiva 1.5T

Patient is a 31-year-old woman with lower back pain. She has bilateral sciatica, gluteal and perineal pain since 4 years. She underwent MRI on Multiva 1.5T at Vijaya Diagnostic Center (Hyderabad, India) with the goal specific to visualize any intra neural pathology in sciatic nerves in pelvic and extra pelvic region. An extended pelvic exam was performed to look for intrinsic pelvic pathology contributing to lumbosacral plexus and sciatic nerve compression.
