MRI of palpable lump on left side of neck

A 32-year-old male presented with a left sided neck mass and an intraoral mass that has been present for 4 days. He had no precipitating factors or trauma, no recent illnesses and no previous neck masses. He did not use any medications. He underwent MRI at DuPage Medical Group (Downers Grove, Illinois, USA)

MR examination was done with Ingenia 3.0T using the dS HeadNeck coil. Fat suppression is obtained with mDIXON TSE.
