Philips has developed a new medical grade DVD+RW. This re-writable DVD+RW has a hard-coated layer to resist scratches and fingerprints, and is UV protected. It has a storage capacity of 4.7 GB and records at speeds of 1x to 4x.


The DVD+RW media allows the exchange of image data with any other DVD+RW recording application, and is compatible with all Philips DVD recorders. It has been validated on Achieva 1.5T and 3.0T, Panorama HFO, Intera 1.5T/1.0T R11 and later, ViewForum and Extended MR WorkSpace for guaranteed reliability of up to 100 years when written correctly.
