The new 8-channel SENSE Small Extremity coil for Achieva 1.5T and 3.0T.

Flexible design and high performance

The new SENSE Small Extremity coil is optimized for imaging small extremities. The coil's flexible wrap-around design enables easy positioning and a good fit to, for instance, an elbow, hand or small-sized knee. A special mattress matching the coil's shape is available for excellent patient comfort, which helps to avoid motion artifacts.

The eight coil elements enable use of SENSE parallel imaging in all three directions and excellent image quality.
