ExamCard Overview
Scan 1SmartBreast Survey
Scan 2Axial T1 bilateral
Scan 3Axial T2 SPAIR bilateral
Scan 4Dynamic eTHRIVE SPAIR bilateral
Scan 5Axial eTHRIVE SPAIR for axilla bilateral

The SmartBreast survey runs, with automatic segmentation determining the patient adaptive shim volume.

We run the T1, then the T2 SPAIR, then the dynamics, 1 pre and 4 post injection scans.

After the pre dynamic scan is complete, the Gadolinium (dose by weight, and an injection rate of 2cc per sec) is injected and the technologist delays 15 seconds and begins scans. Dynamic scans are set to: 1 minute 30 seconds.
Post processing is done on the DynaCad workstation with dedicated hanging protocols.

In order to reduce heart and lung artifact in axilla, the Axial eTHRIVE SPAIR for axilla sequence is run following the 4th post contrast sequence. The phase and frequency is swapped to run AP and the FOV is extended.
