Case description

This Ingenia 1.5T MRI examination of the cervical spine includes diffusion weighted imaging (DWI).

MR examination

This study of the cervical spine was done on Ingenia 1.5T at release 4.1.3.
The patient was positioned supine, head first. Only the dS Base coil is used for scanning.

The examination includes sagittal T2W-TSE, axial T1W-TFE, axial T1W-TSE, axial T1W-FLAIR and sagittal DWI with b0 and b600. The postprocessing steps for the DWI are included in the ExamCard: first step is the registration of the series, second step is creating ADC and eADC maps. Finally, a MIP is created of the b600 series. 
The total scan time is 20:22 minutes.
