Ingenia 1.5T Brain in 8 min. according to ACR guidelines

Case description

This clinical case study demonstrates the quality of images acquired with the 8 min. Brain ExampleCard that is setup according to the ACR guidelines.
This ExampleCard is created on release 4.1.3 on Ingenia 1.5T using the dS Head coil.

MR examination

This ExampleCard 8 min. Brain has been created for studies of the brain according to the ACR guidelines within a scan time of only 8 minutes. It includes sag T1W-SE, ax T2W-TSE, ax DWI, ax T2W-FLAIR and ax T2W-FFE series.

The total scan time is 7:20 min.
The ExamCard overview below shows that the postprocessing steps for the DWI are included.
This ExamCard is not availble on NetForum as it is already on the Ingenia 1.5T R4.1.3

Patient preparation

For this examination the patient is positioned supine, head first and scanned with the dS Head coil.

Postprocessing/analysis

The DWI post-processing is included inthe ExamCard but can be adapted if necessary.
