Transferring an ExamCard from MR console to USB device

This Application Tip provides instructions for transferring an ExamCard from the MR console to a USB device, for instance to


  • easily copy the ExamCard to another MR system of identical configuration, or 
  • to upload the ExamCard to NetForum from any PC connected to the Internet.

Exporting the ExamCard(s) at the MR console:

  1. Click an ExamCard to select it in the ExamCard database browser view.
  2. To select multiple ExamCards, click on these ExamCards while holding |Ctrl|.
  3. Right-click on the ExamCard(s).
  4. Select 'Export ExamCards ...'.


5.   Browse for the destination folder or device where the ExamCard/(s) is/(are) to be copied to.

6.   Click |OK| to confirm.  

7.   When the transfer is completed, the message "Successfully exported ExamCard ... to ... "
      displayed at the bottom of the ExamCard database browser view.



The ExamCard(s) have been exported as EXAMCARD file(s) with the file extension 'ExamCard' and the file name identical to the name used in the ExamCard environment at the MR console.
