Workflow for MR-only based positioning verification using prostate fiducial markers

This example from Turku University Hospital, Finland demonstrates the workflow from prostate fiducial marker detection in the MR-only simulation prostate image set at Ingenia MR-RT, marker contouring in Varian Eclipse treatment planning system and patient positioning at the Varian linear accelerator.
