Course description
The use of multi-detector CT (MDCT) in the diagnosis of various cardiac diseases has become increasingly important. MDCT is used for routine assessment of cardiac and vascular anatomy, the detection of coronary artery stenosis and post-operative follow up.

An international faculty of cardiac CT experts with cardiology and radiology expertise is present throughout the course to teach and provide mentored case reviews. The emphasis of the course is to deliver high-quality education and innovative learning techniques. Each participant has his/her own workstation to review the cases on. Fifty cases will be reviewed and discussed during the training.

This course has requested accreditation at European level of continuous training to the EACCME. The European Accreditation Council for CME (EACCME) is the European accrediting body of Continuing Medical Education and Continuing Professional Development, granting to the activities that request it, the so-called European CME credits that are known by their acronym ECMECs.
