ExamCard purpose

In the Panorama 0.23T protocol set Excellent, the lumbar spine protocol uses a field of view of 360 mm in the sagittal plane. In the Nice and Fast protocol set, the field of view is 340 mm. In this ExamCard the sagittal field of view is 280-300 mm.

 

This ExamCard also includes a transverse scan with large, one-stack coverage (five disk levels) which is sometimes needed. B-FFE3D covers three disk levels with the field of view 220 mm.

 

THe Body&Spine-S or Body&Spine-M coils can be used with this ExamCard.

 

Patient positioning must be very precise because of the small field of view.
