ExamCard purpose

This Panorama 1.0T ExamCard is used for routine cervical spine imaging.

Scan 7B-FFE Axial low

Sag T2 TSE scan uses thin slices, has good coverage. DRIVE increases SNR and shortens the scan time. TSE factor 34, TR 3000 ms, TE 100 ms.

 

Sag T1 TSE scan uses thin slices, has good coverage. TSE factor 4, Short TE of 7.8 ms for dark CSF, TR 400 ms, NSA 6.

 

T2 TSE Axial is a multichunk 3D TSE scan, TSE factor 19, Shortest TR, TE 120 ms, 80 slices for good coverage, 8 chunks.

 

B-FFE Axial high and low are 3D scans using short TE and TR for increased SNR and short scan time. Small FOV, thin slices covering 3 levels. We repeat the scan to cover the entire cervical spine.
