ExamCard description

This is a comprehensive Release 5.6 ExamCard for brain imaging on Ingenia Elition 3.0T. Compressed SENSE acceleration is included to speed up sequences while maintaining equal image quality.

  • Three different diffusion methods are included: a fast 52 sec. DWI EPI sequence, a high resolution DWI EPI sequence and a TSE based DWI sequence.

  • The SWIp sequence offers high resolution 3D susceptibility-weighted imaging to enhance contrast for deoxygenated (venous) blood or calcium deposits.

  • 3D APT is included for contrast-free brain imaging, addressing the need for more confident diagnosis in neuro oncology imaging. This method uses the presence of endogenous cellular proteins to produce an MR signal.

  • A large FOV TOF MR Angiography sequence is included to visualize vascular anatomy in the brain.
