ExamCard purpose

This release 2.1 Panorama HFO ExamCard utilizes static images to assist evaluation of pathology and morphology of the shoulder joint as well as some dynamic sequences to evaluate range-of-motion and impingement syndrome. The ST Multipurpose Flex L and the shoulder multi-position kinematic device were used.

Patient preparation

The patient is turned towards the affected shoulder and positioned as close to the isocenter as possible. This helps to keep the shoulder in plane during the kinematic sequences.

Better results are also acquired if an independent person moves the kinematic device and not the patient.
