ExamCard purpose

This ExamCard is used for routine brain imaging on Ingenia 3.0T at DuPage Medical Group Lisle, Illinois, USA.  It includes  MultiVane XD for motion suppression in the axial and coronal T2-weighted sequences. It is used to obtain good image quality even when the patient moves. This is important because we run 30-minute time slots and a single repeat scan could put us behind schedule.

The ExamCard is created on Release 5.1.7.
The dS Head coil (dS Base and dS Head) is used.

ExamCard overview

 <br>

The total scan time is 23:26 min.

The axial and coronal T2W sequences include MultiVane XD motion compensation.
dS SENSE is used in these sequences to reduce scan time.

The axial 3D T2 FLAIR  makes use of the 3D BrainView technique.
