ExamCard purpose

This Ingenia 3.0T ExamCard is used for scanning the soft tissue in the neck region.
The ExamCard is created on R5.1.7 and scanned with the dS Base and dS HeadNeck coil.

ExamCard overview

 <br>

Total scan time is 30:06 min.

mDIXON TSE is used for all sequences with fat suppression. mDIXON TSE provides excellent images with and without fat suppression. This is especially useful in exams of soft tissues in the neck.

One mDIXON sequence can provide fat suppressed, in-phase, out-phase and water suppressed images at the same time. In this ExamCard, only fat suppressed images are reconstructed, but this parameter can easily be adapted when needed.

The DWI is performed with b-values 0 and 800.
