Patient preparation

The dS Wrist 8ch coil is used for the examination.
The patient is comfortably positioned in the feet first/supine position with the arm down at the side. The hand and wrist are immobilized in the coil using positioning sponges, and the arm supported from the shoulder down to minimize issues with discomfort and patient motion.
